Very helpful employees.nThey helped my friend with the items he bought, made sure the games were in working order.
Been going here for years. Today unfortunately will be the last time. Over charged for a game and they would only do store credit. So you make a mistake and still keep all the money because the store credit. Then one of the employees is getting huffy and loud because our dissatisfaction. And to top it off we were standing waiting to be taken care of and someone just walks into the store says their name and what they're looking for, and they were taken before use. This store has gone downhill fast and is a shame.

Double charged refused to refund money said store credit is best they could do went in and they said couldn't do store credit just 10 percent off
