Great company - love it
Very unhappy , purchased a purple heart grave marker. My uncle was wounded in Korea received the purple heart , United Nations service med , army of occupation med Germany natindef svc med combat inf badge , good conduct med , Korean svc med /3 bronze stars and others does that sound like a place for an aluminum disc with a purple heart silllscreenedon it , sorry it just looks cheap in my eyes , . Tragically he and his wife were killed in an automobile acedent some 15 years after his service to his nation
I called on Thursday and needed a flag for my step sons funeral on Saturday. Sue took the time to look online and see if she could find a local place I could purchase one to ensue I would have it in time. Instead of being concerned about getting the sale, Sue was more concerned our family had the right flag to honor Joe. After 30 or so minutes of giving me information I asked Sue about them overnighting me a flag and the cost. She quoted me prices (best price I found anywhere) and told me to call back if I could not find something close enough from another supplier. After a couple hours making calls and getting nowhere I called back, ordered the flag we needed and they were shipping it that afternoon. This morning around 9am UPS delivered the flag and now we can have Joe's memorial service with an amazing flag made in the USA. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so thoughtful!
I like to keep money local but I'm certainly not insane enough to pay almost double for the same exact Annin flag, when I can shop at the Flag Store of Connecticut. I purchased a US Flag, Nyl-Glo #2460 which arrived to me less than a week later. Tonight I purchased another flag as a spare, so would definitely recommend the Flag Store.
