I want to start off by saying that I know very little about roofing. We had several companies come and give us quotes on our old leaking roof, but Civale and Son was the only company that bothered to actually explain (in detail) all that needed to be done. Their quote was a little higher than the other groups, but they also included costs that the others would have had to add in later. They removed 3 layers of old, cheap roofing and replaced it with something that will last us for a very long time. My house looks beautiful and I'm thankful they finished it so quickly! They also did a fantastic job cleaning up. 10/10 would recommend.
Civale's really helped us out of a jam. We had some FHA requirements that needed to be done quickly. Adam and his crew worked diligently to get everything done in time.nnCivale's crew worked quickly to meet our needs, we're clean and professional, used good judgement in product choices, and finished a quality job on time and at cost.nnI would not hesitate to call them again, can't thank them enough, and feel fortunate that things worked out so well. I'm impressed with their work and recommend them 100%.
HORRIBLE customer service. Called and didn't know if I reached the right company as owner/worker answered hello;not Civale and sons as you would expect. Second I identified myself, mentioned where I worked and said that your website is down and I had looked for you online. He said I don't want a website! How is someone supposed to review your portfolio sir? This is 2015 not 1982. he said if you are trying to solicit me something I'm not interested and hung up! Wow, he didn't even get a chance to see if I was looking for work on my house! Too bad for him. Not only do I need a complete kitchen remodel but other work as well. Hope this was the owner and not a worker because if this was an employee you should be fired!
