I've had Terry as my trainer since before he opened BTF, and I'd follow him anywhere. He is very knowledgeable, and he has tuned into my personal needs, workout style, and fitness goals, and he custom-tailors my routines so they always work for me– I see and feel results after every session. I've been on again/off again for years, and every time I pick it back up, it's like I never left. Thank you, sir!
Body Temple Fitness is great! The trainers are friendly, well versed and know so much about health and fitness. I highly recommend them for all your fitness needs!
Body Temple is a great place to develop overall health, a concept of which I was never able to quite buy into until working with Terrace. He sets a great pace and tone as far as embracing the process of getting in shape; including the challenges, setbacks, and successes that are involved. A wholesome and encouraging gym and client base where people are working toward the common goal of positive transformation of a lot of different aspects of life through the process of getting in shape. Some of the best time I’m ever invested
