I needed exhaust repairs, 4 new tires, and an oil change. SAFE Auto Service didn't hesitate to service my 25 year old car. The owner was honest, intelligent, articulate and fair. That's EVERYTHING one can ask for in an auto repair shop.nnUpdate: Looks like Google Reviews won't let me add a review, so I'll update here.nnI returned to Safe Auto in October 2020 with my same, 25 year old car. The brakes failed, which at my car's age, I'm not surprised. Ken and staff eagerly took on the job. Same experience as above. I just wish I could find a politician as honest and hardworking as Ken!

There is no place I would bring my vehicles other than to Safe Auto. Ken is one of the last honest mechanics anywhere. Amazing service and always done perfect and quickly. Never over charges I was told by one place I had certain problems that needed fixing that would have cost me an extra $600 I brought it to Ken, and he said no there was nothing wrong with what I was told needed to be replaced. Honest, professional, personable, if something is wrong with your care take it to safe auto service best in the business period!

My car was towed here a couple of months ago, in need of serious repair. I immediately felt well taken care of even though I was a new customer. The repairs were done very quickly and the pricing was very fair. I just brought my car in again for a completely different issue. The service was extremely fast. Ken is amazing, I never felt pressured and appreciate his honesty. I will continue to be a faithful customer going forward. The drive from Middletown is totally worth this top notch auto service.

So happy I finally found a mechanic I can trust! Ken is very professional, honest and fair. I had a minor car repair (heat shield). Very fast service. I will return and highly recommend =)
