The food here is amazing, but thats where it ends. The employees always seem disappointed when you walk in after 11am (like they are in a huge rush to close). Also I have gone TWICE from Meriden to find the store “closed at 1pm for training”. Ive never encountered a bagel/lunch place that doesnt at least stay open till 3/4pm (the Brueggers in Colorado were all open till 5pm) and then to close EARLY randomly on top of that! Of course, they have no on-line ordering to prevent this type of mishap...! EXTEND HOURS, STOP CLOSING EARLY, AND GET SMILING EMPLOYEES!!
This place was pretty good both times I have been there. The selection is decent , nice and clean store , well presented. I ordered the Maple wood smoked bacon egg and cheese sandwich both times. It is a very good sandwich the bacon has a little bit of spicy kick to it , which I wasn't expecting , but it's not overwhelming , and does not ruin the sandwich, the bagel is cooked to perfection I got an egg bagel when I ordered my sandwich.4* because they were out of plain bagels when I got there, other than that the food was good. Items are about fairly priced.
One day my wife and I decided to order brueggers bagels for breakfast. Let me tell you it is the best I have ever had everything is amazing.
Messed up.my order to go elsewhere and find out they messed up my bagel.nNo outside seating how hard can it be.
Went for a job interview cuz they were hiring for an assistant manager then I get an email saying they're not hiring for assistant manager positions anymore.
