Friendly staff and my order is always right what more could I ask for
Love panera
Love their food! Although my order was messed up this visit the manager went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Completely redid my order even though I told him to just fix what I had. Delivered fresh cookies & checked back with me three times to make sure everything was good. Very pleasant & respectful young man
The ordertaker was extremely rude. I said I had a free baked good on my receipt when I was in earlier in the month. Said it was good until the end of the month. She said I didn't know what I was talking about. It's a pretty basic concept. Very rude.
Really great local panera. Management is very nice and helpful to moms with small children. Liking the quick pick up option and free delivery from this store everything comes quickly and correct.
