Have attempted to order from here about 6 times, Multiple times had my order canceled, even when ordering sometimes 2 hours in advance, finally get an order to go through, the order arrives and the wrong portion size was provided, we stored the ice cream in our freezer to wait until after dinner, then when going to actually eat it realized that nothing about the order was provided correctly. Chocolate ice cream with peanut butter was ordered and coffee ice cream with almonds was sent. It’s insane that it is this hard to get quality ice cream. We fully understand the stresses and difficulties surrounding this pandemic, but for a service based business to deny business multiple times, request that we cancel an order ourselves and forfeit a refund because the workers want to leave, and then when finally we’re able to get our order it comes to us wrong in every way, is just a clear abuse of our time and money. I absolutely love the fact that there is such a wide variety of flavors for their ice cream selection. Everything is always so delicious!
What’s the point of having an item online like the Mario shakes , but not even having it in store ? I paid for 2 shakes for my son who is special needs and loves Mario and they said my order was ready for pickup I go to pick up for them to tell me at the store they do not make that there . ? So why is it an option to even pay and place an order for the item before it’s out . Ridiculous.
Very annoyed. Both on the door and online it says they open at 11am. I get there at 11 and they’re not open. It is now 11:30 and they are still not open. I really don’t understand why they wouldn’t be open??
An incredible place. The workers are so nice. If you like ice cream, this is the place to be. There are endless flavors, and they will let you sample all of them so you can see what you want. Super clean enviroment. It also has a really cool asthetic inside. Please come and enjoy this spot!
