Train your employees! I pulled up to order two coffees, two chocolate milk and donuts. The employee told me they didn't have chocolate milk, no Donuts. When I pulled around I asked to add another coffee to the order. They told me I'm going to have to drive around again. I'm sorry, but I just can't support businesses that make it difficult honest customers. Between this location and the one on the other side of Meriden who didn't put the lid on my hot chocolate and spilled all over my car, I just can no longer support that owner. I now go to the one on West Main Bicentennial Plaza. Better trained staff and efficient

worst service. I ordered my food on the app. I got 2 sandwiches 2 drinks 2 things of hash browns and 2 packs of munchkins... for myself and boyfriend... they gave me my drink and I said I need my food. Handed my munchkins then I waited for my food thinking it was being cooked... they continue to ask what I was waiting for I showed receipt and explained I need my food. So they said they were on it. They started helping other mobile orders before me. Then finally 20 mins I got my sandwiches and 1 pack of hash browns. So I wait more. Another 15-20 mins someone asks what I’m waiting for I said my other pack of hash browns. You have one job... it’s right in front of you. I was being nice and respectful. But once you start helping others when I’ve been waiting almost an hour I’m not happy.
Take forever with your order and don’t take into consideration napkins straws trays nothing. Nor direct you to where they are. Either understaffed or too many unexperienced workers. Walk Ins should not have to wait any longer or have any less attention then drive thru.
