If I could give less than one star I would. Beware of proceeding here - there are many better choices locally. We had a very bad experience where Lori pushed causing injury and when we chose not to move forward with further sessions she refused a refund and when the bank forced her to refund she falsified a calendar to say we late cancelled to justify stealing the prepaid fee's. Very very unprofessional. Beware!
Pilates is a great way to fight the aging process yes men it is great for us. Lori is a great instructor makes sure you do it the max of your abilities safely
This is a small, but excellent facility. It's fully equipped with Gratz pilates machines and the instructors are highly trained. This is not a franchise operation, but rather a studio initiated and run by a woman who clearly believes in the Pilates lifestyle. The focus of this studio is on the private/ semi-private experience as details of alignment are adjusted EVERY step of the way. It is not the place to go for group mat pilates. As time and space (and money) are limited, clientele tends to be dedicated men and women of all shape, sizes, ages and states of physical ability.
