Standard pharmacy and store. I am almost always waiting in line in the front or back of the store. Card scanner/ coupon printer works about 50% of the time. Photo lab is decent but they can't find where the completed order should be stored and constantly have to look again to find it. All in all, it's clean enough and you can find things pretty easily.

My physician sent a prescription to this pharmacy. My Medicare Plan D with CVS did not cover this generic drug and they charged me $51.50. Upon checking online with three other pharmacies within 1 mile, they would have charged $27 and change. I am changing my preferred pharmacy and never go back to CVS!

This is my neighborhood CVS. The pharmasists and pharmacy techs are helpful and courteous. The line at peak times, moves quickly. I think the longest I have waited for a dropped off prescription is ten minutes.nThe minute clinic is quick and efficient. Although there was only one APRN and I arrived about 4pm, I was in by 4:30pm and out by 4:50pm with the services I needed. The APRN was professional and personable.nThe staff is attentive in the retail portion of the store as well and quick to open a second register if it gets busy. I have waited at peak times, but the wait was under five minutes.nI think the things I would improve on is the kiosk in the minute clinic and the wait times at the register and in the pharmacy. But overall I would say this CVS, as compared to others and its competitors is slightly above average and generally successful in meeting my needs.nThe kiosk is a touch screen and simply slow to respond to user input. As a fairly tech savvy individual, I had no problems. However, I could see the delay in response contributing to incorrect entries and user frustration. Also, only one user at a time can log in. So I waited a full four minutes for the machine and it took me about four minutes to log in. If more people could log in at once then this would free people up to shop while they wait. And isn't that the reason for the Minute Clinic in the first place? Overall good experience with kiosk but room for improvement.

Try to stay away from the pharmacy. They make you wait forever.
