Ben from Arnold's Jewelers was absolutely phenomenal. I was looking to by a pre-owned Rolex, and I asked for some real-time pictures of the watch. Ben immediately replied and was able to accommodate any questions or requests I had to ensure the watch was exactly the way it was described, and it was amazing to speak to a human who really cared about the products that were being sold. He offered to chat on the phone, and it really made the whole experience so genuine and trustworthy. When buying something valuable such as jewelry or watches, it can be pretty intimidating to take such a huge risk based off online listings, especially since they can often deal with lots of money and complications. But Ben really took all of that away and made the transaction feel extremely personable and safe, and the watch arrived the exact next day as promised! It's even better than the pictures that were sent, so I can't express my gratitude for having Ben help me out with my first watch purchase.
I had my fiancee's engagement ring custom made here back in November. Mike was awesome! Super helpful and very efficient! Had the chance to hand pick from a variety of different stones and fittings. He was on top of it every step of the way! I would definitely recommend!
