I had a broken necklace that was very important to me. I went online and found good reviews of Ruby's and decided to give them a try. Not only did Wayne understand the importance of the necklace, but because of that, he went beyond the easy fix. He was friendly, understanding and definitely knows what he's doing. It was a prompt repair and the necklace looks better and is more sturdy than it was before.

Wayne and his wife Amy are very nice people who I met at this jewelry store. It does not feel like a corporate place and you can tell that they know their jewelry well. I was able to seamlessly buy my wife a beautiful gold necklace and cross as a gift on our wedding day. I really enjoyed the small shop feel and community feel of their jewelry shop. I would recommend Ruby's for your jewelry needs. They are in a house which seems odd when you pull up but it's clearly a nice jewelry store inside and even better service. I went to Ruby’s to find a gift for my girlfriend and I genuinely had no idea what I was doing. The staff was so helpful and really took the time to explain things and work with me to find the right piece for a fair price. They also were very accommodating when I had to return to resize a necklace a few hours after purchasing. I would 100% recommend visiting Ruby’s!

I am so beyond thrilled with the service and careful attention I received at Ruby's, where do I even start? Not only was I treated like family every step of the way, but I came in with one of my most treasured possessions and the owner made sure to expedite my order because of the profound sentimental value of the item. He turned it around in less than two hours! His personal attention and deep kindness is not often seen these days, and so I will be taking all of my future buisness here.

Customer service was great and they fixed my wife's ring for a really great deal! I couldn't be happier. My wife is going to love this for Christmas! 5 stars from me!
