VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I dont like mentioning names, however in this situation i feel it needs to be brought to someones attention who can fix this problem and so it does not happen to anyone else. Paul & Ryan from the resilient training labnshamed someone on social media and embarrassed them. Not only do i feel like they should not work in an environment where they feel its ok to make fun of people who are trying to better themselves, but also should not post on social media where the world can see. And as we all know, social media is an awful place to have someones business spread. Something needs to be done, and I assure you i will not stop until it is.
Absolutely amazing gym. Have lifted at nearly every gym in the area and Revolution is by far the best. Friendly staff, amazing coaches, and excellent equipment.
All the equipment is top of the line and includes everything you need to have an amazing workout whatever your fitness regimen/goals.
This is without a doubt one of the best gyms that I have ever been to. The amount and quality of equipment that they have (complete with a 125' custom Rogue rig) is unmatched in CT. Not only is the facility and equipment top of the line, but all of the staff at Revolution are incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for an awesome gym in which to do some serious training, Revolution is your best bet!
This place is the bomb. Great people, break equipment, great coaches!
