Love the training here!! I finally feel safe doing training!! I had my full orthopedic screen with the Amity PT therapists and they found a few things that I needed to address but decided I was safe to train with Shannon.nLet me tell you, I have never had such an amazing trainer!! She gave me a ton of new exercises and has been open to questions and constantly making the mild corrections to my form and technique. She also put together a full nutritional plan for me which has been so needed. I feel safe The Amity Fitness plan is just what I have been looking for!! Individualized, forward thinking, and the facility is unlike anything I have seen!!nIf you've hurt yourself before trying to train yourself (like me) or tried other trainers with little success (like me) or had them push you too far (like me too), then you have to try Amity Fitness....
