So grateful to have discovered CrossFit True. The trainers are knowledgeable and caring, tailoring WODs to abilities as needed, and the community is extremely supportive.

Nice little gym with lots of gear. Rowers were in great shape. Lots of pull-up bars and other gear. Staff and team was super friendly for the open gym I attended. I even had a member cheering me on for my own WOD. Owner was very responsive via email. I’d stop here again if in the area again. Thanks again!!

5 stars! True Athletics is the place to be! True has such a close-knit community full or support and camaraderie that has kept me coming back for more for 5 years! The coaches, and members alike, foster a positive and encouraging environment that push me to be the best athlete I can be. The coaches are knowledgeable and promote safety in the gym each and everyday. All of the members are friendly and I have formed numerous long-lasting friendships. Going to True is my favorite part of the day.. I love my fitfam!

CrossFit true is the best CrossFit gym I have been to and when I go to any other gym it just doesn’t feel he same. The coaches all are very knowledgeable and willing to help you accomplish new goals. I was very hesitant to start CrossFit at first but I am so happy I did it at CrossFit true. The members all make you feel welcome from the start.
