Father Dolan’s homilies are in the tradition of the best of the Catholic Church, bringing the gospel to our daily lives through practical examples, examples from his own life and childhood, the occasional sports analogy or reference, and when appropriate, full of humorous anecdotes or a funny story displaying a good sense of humor that makes us smile if not chuckle. These homilies are down-to-earth, not preachy, and make you feel you can live Jesus’ message in your own life in practical ways through the small things you do.
This church is beautiful, lively, and has a frequently updated website, which is a very helpful rarity.
