Super easy and quick when you order online and don't have time to go to shop. The customer service was very, very good and they store employees were so professional and helpful. First time ordering or going to the Guilford CT location due to we just adopted two kittens. I told them all I will be coming back. Very clean and they observe all the covid precautions very, very well.
Lady who tested out our water in fish department was short and less than helpful. I had a positive experiences with staff prior to this but come on now, good job being rude to my pregnant girlfriend.
People are always helpful. Place is always clean. Petco supports adoption and rescue animals.
The employees were super helpful! I was trying find a harness to fit my dog and they helped me right away!! I also have a dog with picky food habits and they gave me great pointers!! Plus they gave lots of love to my dog!!
Dropped off two dogs to be groomed they did good job it was the cheapest we have paid .and best they have looked
