I visited the store yesterday and I would like to thank Samuel for the superior service I received. I had a question unrelated to Verizon and he took the time to fix and pair my blue tooth to my Windows. He is skilled, patient and I am so grateful for his help. Bravo! I dropped in because I needed an update SIM card and more memory for my phone. Samuel was awesome! He patiently listened to me, got what I needed and installed everything for me. Since I'm not as tech savvy as I should be Samuel not only made everything so easy he was so nice about me not knowing too much. I appreciated his knowledge and his attitude so much! Thanks again Samuel!!
I have had a history of bad experiences at a variety of wireless stores. I happened to stop in at R Wireless to get a screen protector, and that simple purchase earned a brand new customer. Dave and Alex are amazing. They are very professional and courteous and know their stuff. I returned several months later to get a replacement screen, and I ended up with 4 new phones and an improved account. They are great to work with and the only place I will be going to my wireless needs.
Refused to help. After sitting on hold with Verizon at least 4x I decided to go to a store to try to get face to face assistance with a problem of their creation. At this store, the employees, while polite, stated that unfortunately they are only an indirect vendor and that I now have to drive to North Haven to get the help I need. Unfortunately, Verizon is simply impossible to do any type of reliable business with. Endless runaround, endless hassle.
I purchased my Galaxy S10 at R wireless in Guilford. Great service and respect for customer's needs. Alex was the person I dealt with. He is knowledgeable and did not try to sell me more than I needed. The manager, David was also very helpful.
