Rob was extremely helpful and pleasant. The furniture was top notch and he was not pushy at all. It took us a whole 30 minutes to pick out a sectional couch and schedule delivery. The prices are very affordable compared to other well-known stores, but the quality is MUCH better by a land slide. Highly recommend this shop before going to any “big box” stores when looking for couches/mattresses.
Rob provided me with the best experience shopping for my new Mattress.. first I came with my 2 year old who jumped all over his beds.. he was so patient and polite with him... I fell in love with a sapphire queen mattress... But i.t was a little out of my price range.. I came back the next day while my son was in daycare and Rob knew I really wanted that mattress and offered me the most amazing deal that I could not refuse... He really enjoys making sure his customers gets exactly what they want and is a pleasure to deal with... don’t go anywhere else .. you’ll pay triple what he is offering and I can guarantee you won’t find better customer service

I cannot express this enough: I wish I knew about Boxdrop and Rob weeks ago!!! Rob made the process of buying a new mattress quick and beyond easy! He was attentive and helpful thoughout the entire process and is as real and upfront as real gets. I walked in just looking for a bed and walked out with a brand new mattress (which I cannot wait to jump back into each night).
