Bill Adinolfi, his crew from Lakeview Building and Remodeling and the roofing crew from What's On My Roof, did some structural repair and reroofed our home following a tree strike. Very pleased with the work they did. Professional and responsive, Bill answered all my questions as we went through the process of quoting, preparing, and completing the job. As the scope of the job changed significantly midstream, changes went smoothly. He added crew when necessary to push the project along, and completed the work in a highly efficient 2 days, including replacing 16 rafters, 4 roof panels, and stripping and roofing the entire house. I highly recommend them.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Lakeview Builders. Bill and his crew, Adam and Mike, were professional and thorough, true tradesman. The end result was EXACTLY what we had hoped for. Adam and Mike were on time, went above and beyond each day to make sure we were pleased and always left things clean. They were professional and fun to work with. We will definitely be using Lakeview Builders for future projects.
Bill and his team were such a pleasure to work with. Bill is extremely responsive and had a quote back to me very quick which is such a relief when beginning a construction project. Lakeview Building & Remodeling was compatible and equitable in pricing, delivered top notch quality work, very responsive to our questions or concerns, and worked with us in all aspects of reconfiguring our best options for our project. Bill and crew thoroughly professional, respectful, trusted and work very hard to complete project on time. Lakeview crew also excelled in making sure their work was nothing but perfection, while also leaving work area cleaned and free of debris at end of each day. Contractors brought in for specific jobs were also very responsible and efficient. Our experience with Lakeview was complete satisfaction from beginning to end of project, absolutely no regrets hiring Lakeview, and we recommend their work 100%! Results, we now have a reconfigured open kitchen with new appliances and cabinet redesign, and a new kitchen island that leads to a new large living room, and a master bedroom, on our first floor. These two new rooms look great inside and outside, nicely incorporated to existing house. Bottom line, rooms professionally done and well built, and we have encountered zero issues! We were extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship that the friendly crew displayed on my patio door upgrade. As an experienced DIYer I am familiar with the many difficulties with my job. The expert crew sailed thru them all and quickly installed the odd sized double door and transom and buttoned up the trim so it looked like it came with the house. Then they cleaned up so it was as if they werent ever there. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars. I wish i could give them 6. GREAT WORK!
