A gym that caters to a more mature clientele who are looking for a way to keep active with professional, knowlegable staff who are always willing to help customize workouts. A nice touch is that they run by appointment, so never too busy and machines are prepared for you. Good for those with medical issues as well.
Highly trained, knowledgeable staff ready to guide you through your workout. Love the space and state of the art equipment.
