I won't go anywhere else for a pedicure. The manicurist was professional, conscientious, and personable. I hope they reopen soon, my feet need a spa day!

I’ve been to By The Sea in the past and have had wonderful experiences. My wife called the spa on Sunday to book me an appointment for Friday. She made an appointment for a 90 min Swedish massage. We made the appointment for 9:30 AM. (As I was sitting right next to her, listening in on the conversation). I showed up on Friday morning just prior to 9:30 AM. Upon checking in, I was told my appointment was for 1:15 PM. The secretary at the desk asked me if I had received a confirmation text message, which she claimed went out to my cell on Wednesday. I received no such text message. She told me the best she could do would be to call someone in early for me, but I wasn’t able to wait around for 45+ minutes for that. Very disappointed with this. I’m not really sure how it could even happen, but it did. So double confirm any future appointments you make there, as this could easily happen to you too.
Beautiful old house refurbished. Massage was ok. Nothing over the top. Friendly staff.
