The best staff never keeping you waiting. Once they did not have the prescribed medication and told me to go upstairs to have the prescriber double the dosage with half the strength that they had, showing they think in the patients best interests and care. They are held in high regard unlike the big box stores who do not care.

Founder and Managing Partner of Shoreline Living Solutions LLC. We are Recovery Residence Housing 17 Clients in East Haven, CT. We receive Clients from many 30+ day Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Centers in CT and the entire USA. Our Clients are discharged and in most cases know nothing of the area it’s foreign to them, The Hancock Pharmacy family, and in Particular Jacqueline Murphy have been there for our guy's. They have enough on their plates and don't need to deal with a Big Box Pharmacy that is incapable of personal relationship. Jacqueline and Hancock get their information and call their physicians and delivers their prescriptions usually within hours. This allows our Client to focus on their primary purpose to stay Clean & Sober, and hopefully put broken people and broken families back together again.
