While it affords easier access to the school than the other option (temple street); (it is cramped and sometimes the staff out front aren't keeping count and you end up in a line of cars at the top (without a loop to turn around) the convenience changes on Saturdays A good number of people attend classes on Saturday mornings and DESPITE THE HOURS OF OPERATION ON THE SIGN OUTSIDE SAYING THE GARAGE IS OPEN AT 7AM ON SATURDAYS I was told by security and the guard out front that it was decided a YEAR ago that they didn't have the staff to watch the garage on a Saturday and so it has not been open. The sign clearly states it is open Saturday and the school never notified or advised students of the change. I plan to contact someone about the improper signage so nobody else assumes that taking a Saturday class would afford you the parking ability stated above the entrance to the garage. I seriously would not have taken a class on Saturday if I knew I had to pick between paying for street parking or being stuck in the bottle-neck of the temple street garage which ONLY HAS ONE EXIT OPEN ON SATURDAY MORNING. Unless your class is for 3 hours you might want to park on the street to avoid the usual 30 minute procession out of temple on Saturday mornings!!

I am a resident at 360 State in downtown New Haven. LAZ is the contracted parking contractor. Over the past three years of my residence here I've had numerous issues with the number of employees that work as attendants in the garage as well as the regional manager for the parking system in the area.nnFeel free to contact me if you'd like exact descriptions of my issues. I feel detailing them would make this way too tedious to read. There are other places to park in New Haven and I would suggest finding them.nnLiving in a building of this caliber, certain levels of customer service are expected throughout this property system. Although I have no complaints about the service levels provided by the employees of 360 State Street this parking garage system does not pass when it comes to higher-end living in New Haven. I would actually say that although I'm happy with the residence in 360 State, I would not recommend living here because of the service levels in the parking garage.nnSent from my iPhone

The two senoritas of the front desk. They are passed. Talking to each other and their attitude with customers leaves much to say. It's 1 pm From. Friday. December 21 Very rude with customers. Bad experience. Thank you
