There customer service is unacceptable when I had something to say about the packaging of my order the person was nasty and talked to be with the worst attitude. They packaged my order with only one piece of tap and anyone could’ve have tampered with my food and when I said the way the package their products it should be more secured. When I said that the liberty pizza employee lashed out on me and just disrespected me. If you are looking for a new pizza place to eat from don’t consider liberty pizza as your new place find another place with more welcoming customer service to go to. This place is getting zero stars from me. The guy who approached me a trash attitude represented this pizza place in a negative way and I will certainly not be investing my money into this place ever again!!!

This is one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted.Being 68 years old, I have gone to several pizza places in my time .The crust is done to perfection and the sauce is the best I've ever tasted.I highly recommend this pizza restaurant if you are in the mood for pizza.This is by far the best place to go located on Ferry St.in NewHaven.

Absolutely rude and terrible customer service. If you want pizza or anything else don’t waste your money here. The pizza is terrible. They do not package the food properly especially knowing that we are in the middle of a pandemic.nDO NOT shop here, until they work on their food and how they speak to customers.

It was my first time there,and the young lady had great customer service. There is parking space in the back where its monitored by cameras,so when you go in,there's a flat screen with camera so you can look at your car.
