Delivery person pretends like they have no change and wants to keep your change. This happened to me. When I called the store to ask for my change, they said they will give me back my money the next time I order, however, the delivery person called me and was cursing me at me and was stating that I told her to keep my change. I don’t feel comfortable buying here again and with such people delivering food, just imagine what they would do to your food.
Steak and cheese egg roll is good! Very fast delivery
Bad customer service. Was rushing while trying to place order over the phone. Don’t understand why she was being rude but one thing you don’t do is be rude while someone is trying to place a order.
Food is good, service coyld be better
Both meals that I ordered taste like old food, especially the rice- to the point that our meals are inedible. So, I called back to see if they can replace it (I even offered to give back the food, so that they can see we weren’t trying to get more food). The person that picked up, just kept on repeating “no” in an upbeat tone as if this was a joke to her, when I asked if there’s anything she can do about the inedible food that was delivered to us. She claimed it was new food, so I continued to tell her that this food was not new considering the nauseating taste. To which I assume she put the phone down on the counter because the call went silent then I was able to hear her talking to other people at the place. This place is awful due to their customer service, and because in the end of the day I paid them and got spoiled food.
