I wish i could give 0 stars! Ordered online, i live in apartment complex the guy canceled my order because i didn't want to give my apartment number when the order wouldn't even be coming to the door. That was so strange and rude!!

Each time that I have ordered from Pizza Plus (Grand Avenue) the food has been delicious and reasonably priced, the staff is friendly and always ready to help, and the food is delivered hot and in a timely manner by courteous delivery people. Yesterday for example, I ordered 4 drinks, but only 2 of them were delivered. I called the restaurant to explain, and they not only had the driver promptly return with the drinks, but to my surprise also included a complimentary bowl of delicious strawberry ice cream as a way to apologize for the inconvenience. Kudos to Pizza Plus for their thoughtfulness and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

This establishment is rude! I called 10 mins prior to closing time to order a milkshake only for pick up. A guy answered the phone without a greeting and said “We’re closed for the night!” I attempted to ask about the real closing time and if it was possible to get the milkshake, he hung up on me. One star! Which sucks because the milkshakes are decent. Pizza plus ud83dudc4eud83cudffe

The driver was very courteous. The food was hot and very good. I ordered beef empanadas and french fries. The prices were reasonable.

So disappointed order pizza at 6:24 giving them the benefit of doubt because it’s Thursday and it’s busy witch is understandable . My food arrive at 7:45 and told them over the phone I was paying with a card. So I give him my card he swipes it it doesn’t go threw ok so I give him another card the same things happens . So he tells me I have to go online and pay witch is fine so I go to grab my phone to go online and pay for it he tells me I need to call back and walks out with my order and was very rude about the whole situation so I call the pizza place back to tell them about what happened the proceeds to tell me the manager said if my card doesn’t work there’s nothing they can do never apologized or try to resolve the situation. Lost my business guess it’s chinese for the night
