I went here for the first time yesterday because all the power was knocked out in my town. Really nice experience. Easy parking. The staff was extremely polite and patient. The portions were abundant and the price was very competitive. I liked the pizzas we ordered. I was so enthralled with the large antipasto that I added a photo of it. The tuna was a nice touch, and again....high quality and an abundant serving. I am definitely returning soon!

Minervinis is AMAZING! I moved to East Haven 2.5 years ago now and this place is really close to where I live. I know about Minervinis because my sister lived here years ago and her and her husband raved about it. Needless to say when I moved here I had to see for myself. I’ve gone MANY times. Ordered takeout and delivery. And never once have I had a bad experience with the staff, or the food. Such friendly staff. The restaurant is clean. The food is 6 out of 5 stars, and I’ve tried different things from fries, to onion rings, pizza, desserts, salads, calzones and more. And every-time it is worth writing home about. I tell everyone I know about this establishment and will say, they’re by far my top favorite pizza joint around. I felt compelled to write this as I ordered delivery tonight and am blown away by how delicious the onion rings are! When you order anything fried they cut a hole in the styrofoam so it doesn’t get soggy!! Such care goes into their food and if you’ve never tried them I hope you do!!!!!

Did not wear masks amid pandemic when I visited to pick up 2 pizzas, 2 orders of cheesy garlic bread (not good, tasteless), and a stuffed bread (not well-done, gooey). Manager wore a cloth black mask then removed it to talk to employees & left it dangling. Other employees working on making pizzas & putting pizzas in oven wore no masks at all (not even around neck). Delivery woman wore mask around neck. Cashier wore mask around neck even when taking my card & cashing out other patrons.

So i seen all theese reviews online . and have have tryed almost all new haven pizza places this one stood out too me . and the pizza is by far the best pizza ive tryed in new haven i ordered larg half pepperoni and half black olive. I mostly judge places based off there wings . so i got wings as well. Also saw someone review of the cheesy garlic bread. I have too say i will definitely be ordering from here again. Everything was amazing and who ever i spoke too on the phone was very nice and the delivery guy was absolutely professional. If you havnt tryed this place your missing out .

Uber Debbie was right. Drove 35 minutes to east haven and I wasn’t disappointed. I give it a solid 8.0 and surprisingly very good. Glad there are so many Italian families in the area with competing recipes. ud83dude0b
