Brought my coat to get the sleeves shortened. Paid $43 dollars (including paying upfront discount). This lady literally folded up the sleeves and sowed. No thought, no effort was made and it looked like TRASH! I told her I did not like it, the buttons she put on the sleeves were crooked and one of them even overlapped another. She said there's nothing wrong with it and if I wanted she can fix the buttons. Mind you, the entire sleeves were still folded in on the inside of the coat. Long story short, this place provides the WORST tailoring service I have ever seen. I will NOT be returning and ended up going to a different tailor to spend more money on this coat. Avoid tailoring services at this place.

I brought it about 15 pieces of dry cleaning and I specifically asked for the dress shirts to be cleaned and pressed with Medium starch was told it would be no problem and that if I paid upfront there was a substancial savings. My wife picked them up last Saturday and when I came home I noticed that all the sleeves were so badly wrinkled and were in fact worst than when i brought them in. I figure I would go back and they would justnpress them correctly for me. SURPRISE....SURPRISE! The individual at the front counter attempted to tell me that I only paid for cleaning that I did not pay for pressing and he would be happy to do it for 6 dollars a shirt. Of course thats ridiculous and after a few questions I came to the conclusion that I was speaking to a very bad business owner and left and will never go back. They charged me close to $2.00 per shirt which is the standard rate so why would I ever pay them anything additional. My only regret is that I have to give them any stars at all.

These people are over priced, the women is very rude when I questioned the work that they did she got a very bad attitude with me and throw my items basically asking, I went in there to give a dress that had some decent work on there they were charging me $70.00 just to get it dry cleaned, when I went to cancel the order she got so upset shoved at me ... This is the 2nd time I have had this experience with these people ... And her tailoring is overpriced as well... Very unhappy with these people ..

The associate, who assisted me was very condescending and passive aggressive... After measuring my garments, I asked two questions regarding the measurements and she became very biligerent. I explained to her it was unacceptable. I quickly retrieved my garments and headed for the door...
