My wife and I wanted to get a modest replacement wedding band, Bruce was very friendly and patient despite the fact that it was not going to be a major purchase. It is clear he really values his customers and respects them enough not to try to up-sell or play a couple against each other. We love the ring, and we now know where to go next time we are looking for something special.
