I spoke with Michelle at Ferguson & McGuire in Branford, CT and had a pleasant experience. Michelle answered the phone quickly and knew the answers to my questions. Michelle was very helpful, she faxed the proper documents in a very timely manner, and called to make sure I received them. I suggest if you didn't have a great experience the first time, try speaking with Michelle. I am confident this will be my INSURANCE AGENT for a very long time. Stay away from this place! Worst customer service ever! I shopped my insurance and found a better policy and when I called Kathleen she never answered her phone or would email me back. When I was cancelling it, she got nasty and it was even harder to get a reply from her when I tried to confirm it was cancelled. There is no excuse to be rude to the people like that. I have family who left because of this nonsense too. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
