Fast, efficient, communicative. Saved me a great deal on car insurance for all three of my vehicles, and introduced me to the world of renters insurance! Never knew something like that even existed. Now I can sleep better at night knowing if anything were to ever happen, I’d be covered all over! Whenever I have a question, Mr. Baez is always right on it! Highly recommend 10/10 doing business with this company. This place was the bomb digitty. The bees knees, some would say. Some being me, I'd say it. Right now, I'm saying it. Mike Biez in particular made getting insurance a slam-dunk. He also was very handsome, but you didn't hear that from me. Yeah, it was great. Hit it up.

I highly recommend Durango Insurance in new haven!! Mike Baez and Nelys were both so informational and helped me with everything I needed. They were very pleasant and patient to work with. They made the process so easy compared to other insurance companies I have dealt with in the past. If you plan to use Durango I definitely recommend working with them!
