I absolutely love this place! It s one of the best studios around and the teachers are awesome. I definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking to detoxify, relieve stress, tone, and heal chronic pain plus so much more.
True Bikram yoga has been phenomenal for me. Really life changing. I have been going 3 mornings a week for about 7 years. It helped my body and my mind. I’m fitter, calmer and happier. I felt so good I got back into marathon running, which I had not done for 25 years. Great instructors and a great community. Join us at 6am in Madison. As one of our instructors says “you’ve done more by 7:30, than most people will do all day!”
I’ll always call this studio home because it is where I first learned. When I started I was overweight, not so flexible, and couldn’t do any of the poses. My intentions were to take just one class. That was 7 yrs ago.
When I moved to the New Haven area from Glastonbury back in December I was merely looking for a studio to continue my practice and help me with my anxiety through this transition. What I found was a community of people with an energy full of positivity and expressed a kind of discipline and compassion I wanted to learn to obtain myself. I loved the place so much that I applied to be a part of their team and began working AND practicing there lol That's just how great I found this place to be :)
Amazing place and people. Moving throughout the years I have done Bikram yoga in many difference studios. This is my favorite place, clean and reasonably priced. A must try
