Awesome gym with generally nice people. However, beware going here during COVID times. Per gym rules, patrons are allowed to remove masks during sets but must wear them at all other times. This rule is disregarded by most. Mask compliance at some points is close to 0. In addition, all but one employee do not wear a mask or wear a mask improperly, setting a poor example. Employees will often times be having casual conversations with patrons and neither are wearing masks. The one employee who wears a mask correctly is also the only one who attempts to enforce the mask policy, though some still ignore him because threats to kick patrons out are not followed through with and he's obviously not there all the time. They do provide plenty of paper towels and disinfectant spray.nnI recommend wearing an N95 if you are planning on working out here and keep it on at all times. This is an extreme high risk gym.

I actually went into the gym to go to Reflextions 180, to see Chanel. So, this review is for her.nnShe makes sure you're comfortable, and explains everything to you clearly. She has a awesome personality, and is super cute ud83eudd70!!nnFeeling pampered, great service and clear terms from a cutie- what else can you ask for?!!

Not super hardcore. But machines are top of the line. Friendly staff. Only complaint would be no chalk bowl, but if that’s the biggest issue then it’s a pretty solid gym.

Great gym and the brothers who own it are awesome! Hardcore with all the equipment you could imagine. A no joke gym for the experienced or beginner.

It smells like a swimming pool, but the equipment there is nice. The environment is nice as well, so are the employees. They are very friendly and welcoming. Some of the equipment are rusty but it works fine.
