It was a lovely experience.. Rachelle was very patient with a calm kind demeanor. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t follow me around asking if I needed help a hundred times like a lot of sales people do. She gave me my space and when I was ready she walked around with me helping me to decide on the perfect pieces for my new home. Also, the wait for my couch is far less than the other furniture shops. Most are at least 1-3 months out bc of Covid. My couch was only 2 weeks away, thankfully!nI definitely recommend Raymour&Flannigan for furniture and I recommend Rachelle! Especially if you don’t enjoy being harassed by pushy sales people.nThanks again!
John K was very knowledgeable and helpful with respect to picking a mattress for my wife and I. He explained different options and what the features and benefits were for each mattress.
Went browsing for furniture a while ago and visited Raymour and Flanigan was helped by a very helpful saleswoman Ivette she walked with us through the store, but at the same time was no way pushy or in our face, but was helpful with all our questions. Now that it is time to purchase the furniture we returned, met up once again with Ivette and made our purchase. Cant wait to see the pieces in our new home. Would highly recommend shopping there.
We did everything over the phone with North Haven store associate John. He was very helpful. He knew the products, the inventory, and secured us a great delivery date. He's also very personable.
