Contacted her and she was friendly and very professional. Stayed in touch all the way to my wedding day. Very responsive to my phone calls and texts about any concerns or questions I had. Beautiful personality and affordable. Had a Beautiful ceremony and made my day special 8-7-20. Highly recommend !!

At first my interactions were great and professional. however after having to cancel my event more than 2 weeks in advance I was assured via txt and phone I would have a refund of my full funds by a certain date I have yet to receive it the date has gone and passed and now it’s hard to even get a response from her. No update just Stating she has personal issues Going on..she needs to settle her quick books and check with someone else before sending me back my cashapp funds. I spent $200 of my hard earned money have worked with you on getting it back and still nothing I hate that I now have to report it in as fraud to my card company and the bbb just to attempt to get my funds back that I was assured I’d have. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.nnSince customer responses are turned off: Update- after not hearing from Bianca and reporting the business I did finally receive a refund still she has yet to contact even to let me know the refund was issued.and yes communication when and where I’m spending my money is a big deal breaker specially when it’s to do with someone’s wedding. But good luck to you it’s a shame that’s the measure I have to go to just to get my money and really sad that it’s so easy to get a response to a bad google review but impossible to get a response as a paying customer. Sorry but I’ll never understand it best of luck to you and yr business.
