Never write reviews but I am so impressed with the honesty & integrity of this family run business. 10 yrs of issues solved in 1 week! I only wish there was a company that did this where I am moving in Florida. They all want monthly fees rather then solve the problem. Thank you Paul for our healthy home! A+++!

After working with two exterminators AtBay appears to have solved our problem. After the initial servicing, I’ve had some follow up questions and Paul and his team have been quick to follow up me within 24 hours if I don’t get a hold of someone initially.

I am at my wit's end with this business. They have been to my house numerous times but I still have traps with dead mice in them. We paid almost $1000 to mouse proof the whole house and I could tolerate them still being in the basement but for the second time now I am hearing scurrying in my daughter's bedroom. I just want to cry because we are out the money and we still have mice where my children sleep!!!

At Bay has helped me immensely, and I would like to share my story, just in case it can help someone else in my position!nI am a landlord with multiple properties in Fairfield County CT and Westchester County NY. All of the homes I have purchased have been foreclosures in pretty rough shape, ranging from the 1930's - 1970's. All five of them have had a rodent issue at some point, and I was paying a pest control service monthly for all of them to try and control the issue. It has now been approximately six months, and all of my tenants are very happy with the results - all rodent free!! The housing is in much better shape than when it was built in the first place. I haven't had to hire anyone since for rodent control!nTo think I almost gave up on my dream of having an income solely based on rental properties and selling homes.... It’s a scam. Paid them $1,000 for absolutely nothing. Wish I had listened to others. I’ve had nothing but dead mice in traps since they “sealed” my house.nnThey are unprofessional and will avoid your calls.
