I could not ask for a more understanding, responsive service with a pest elimination issue at my parents’ home! They thoroughly explain the options, go above and beyond to meet our best scheduling window, show up timely and do a thorough and professional lasting job. They helped make what was a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. If I could give them a 100 stars I would! Excellent service!!

Yale came out as soon as I called them after my little dog was bitten by a hornet. They were very professional and did a great job in removing the nest under the deck. The price was very affordable and they explained clearly what they were going to do. They are also eco friendly. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Customer service rep was extremely rude. After 90 days and 2 treatments I was still hearing mice. Instead of being concerned that I was still having the problem the reps only concern was to inform me that this would be my LAST treatment! I certainly got the message that money is all that matters to this company!nI will no longer use Yale Pest Elimination.nnFollow up :nnAfter an apology from the owner who has also gone above and beyond to make sure I will no longer have a mice problem, I am very pleased with the service from Yale Pest Elimination.nGary has come to my house several times. He is both professional and courteous. Also the most knowledgeable about anything and everything from pests to plants. I am very happy I was able to continue using Yale and will definitely recommend them !

Amazing staff, Amazing Knowledge, Amazing Service. Whenever you need them Yale Pest is there. From the owner Jim Miller, Jr to the staff, particularly Chris, they truly care about the consumer. They take the time & meticulously identify every possible entry point, explaining the solutions. Once done you would never know they were there. And the politeness is unmatched. Yale Pest truly has the most knowledgeable & nicest staff!

Outstanding service. I have used Yale Pest Control for about 5 years now. They do a monthly service at my employment, and we never have bugs in the buildings or any of the fury pests. Better pricing then the competitor I used before. The technician named Gary is very knowledgeable about all the pests, and bugs. He is polite, and very thorough. He always explains what he has done, when he checks in after completing the monthly service. Highly recommended for residential or commercial. Great results, great price, and really great employees.
