Don’t waste a phone call on this company before checking BBB complaints. They are reliable only as far as taking your deposit (or full price if you are willing) then hiding and not installing.nIf you choose to risk doing business with them, pay by card so you have a chance of reversing pmt.

Never answer the phone and don't return calls (at all) after leaving multiple messages.

Phone number disconnected. I have a three year contract with a year left, but sounds like I got nothing. Last quarterly inspection was in March.

Placed order. Payed in full never received the product or refund. (21kw keel cooled marine kabota) have tryed multiple times to contact never received any calls no generator. It has been one year since full payment was received by NGS Power. Zero response to papers I have filed with my attorney. Do NOT do business with the Mondelci’s.

Well they don't ever answer. Says they open at 9am. You'd think if they're running a business they would answer a phone call. Sales or parts wont answer...
