Let me start this with the fact Ive loved Movado and owned one for over a decade. I stepped in here to browse the selections because Im looking to buy a new watch this winter. I wasnt asked ONCE if there was anything Id like to take a closer look at...not even ONCE if i had any questions. Clearly, they assumed I wasnt buying anything and therefore did the bare minimum in customer service..which was nothing. Nothing more than checking my temp before they let me walk around the store itself. Thank you for making my choice easier since I wont be buying one from this store in particular.

Staff was friendly and informative, I appreciate a good upsale. I purchased two watches on for me and one as a gift. I got home and looking at mine, I noticed it had scratches around the side. Not big ones but it looked like it had been lightly worn. Upon further review I saw a very noticeable dig along the right side of the face. I think they might have sold me the display watch. I will have to call and see how they handle this but for now, it's lucky to get two stars. I live an hour away. An exchange would be good, but is also a hassle. If they can't make it right, I'll just return both and never shop there.
I absolutely love coming into this store. They always have a great selection and the customer service is fantastic. I won't shop anywhere else for my watches!
