This is what shopping and buying used to be like!!!nFriendly and super knowledgeable, Steve showed me all of the vacuums that would work best for my home. It made picking the right one easy.nAfter I got it home, I had a small problem with the unit (not the fault of the vacuum). Steve contacted the manufacturer and had them send out a custom part just for my vac! When have you ever heard of that?nFriendly and informative with great service!

Horrible customer service. Brought vaccum in for repair and service. Was told it would be done in a few days. Never rec'ved a call when it was done. I had to call and find out. Horrible customer service. Lady in store is a complete airhead!
