Brought my watch there to have it fixed. They had it for a month and didn’t keep me informed at all. When I went to pick it up and asked what was wrong with it and what was fixed, I was told I don’t know by clerk. The owner of the establishment was in earshot and didn’t even respond to my question nor did clerk go ask him what had been done to my watch. I was trying to find a local jeweler as I live in town. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Poor communication and customer service. I’m in sales and have only left one other poor review in my lifetime. This is now my second.

Bought a ring service was excellent staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be doing more shopping in this establishment. A true gem in Madison.
