I have been a customer at Shore Television & Appliance, Inc. for many years. I have never been disappointed. This time, I needed more assistance than usual, as I needed to replace a television. (not my area of expertise!). Paddy Murray was my Sales Rep. I found Paddy to be knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Delivery was efficient and on time. Paddy answered my numerous emails promptly providing the information I needed to make a final decision for this Samsung purchase.nI needed a great deal of help - on the phone and via email. I always received prompt and courteous replies!
Everyone was so helpful and kind here. I was able to get in and out in 10 min with all of the product information I needed. Then they were able to deliver within a few days! They were very clean and efficient when they delivered. Will keep coming back to this store for years!
Just purchased a washing machine from Shore TV and Appliance. It was our second purchase there for a household appliance. The customer service is great. They are always very helpful whether in store or on phone. While on the phone with me, they helped me make a decision by comparing a few machines and explaining my options. This was on a Tuesday, by Friday I was doing a load with my new machine. I will definitely continue to patronize this store. I think my dish washer is on its last leg.
Friendly, professional sales and installation of a new dishwasher. Item was backordered due to the pandemic, but they kept me informed of my order status. When the dishwasher came in, they were able to schedule an install within days.nPerson who came to do the install wore a face mask and followed safety guidelines - much appreciated!!
Had everything we needed. Ryan a great salesperson, thorough. Delivery of fridge worked out OK but they did not adjust fridge for door to close by itself and we had to readjust. Other appliances were brought in by Bills for hookup. They tested range but never ran dishwasher to insure any leakage (there wasn't but did cause us some anxiety).
