Its a very welcoming space. Clean and the yogis are helpful. I’m a beginner do to me this is important. I go to the Guilford location. Great idea being in a complex that is based on wellness

I bought 100$ worth of classes and I was told they never expire. I live out of state and can only attend when visiting my parents who watch my kids so I can attend yoga. I am now being told I cannot use them it has been too long. I have left 3 voicemails for the owner who has not had the decency to return my call (even if just to tell me I they cannot help). I've been practicing yoga for 5 years and I have never had such poor customer service with a yoga studio. I was really hoping they would be honest and resolve this with me so I can continue to attend Classes occasionally. Very disappointed.....EDIT they did reinstate my classes because they saw my review, and called me to edit my review.
Wonderful instructors. Very helpful and supportive. Peaceful atmosphere. You leave feeling renewed and regenerated.
