So this review is for the winery section. Went there for a friend's birthday party. I understand it is Covid times but there is something to be said about having good customer service. To start, the table umbrella flew up and hit my friend. Then we were graciously told by a very sweet server that we couldn't have our own water bottles. However, some other supervisor, Tina, came over and was rude while telling us the rules. Again, people will react to someone depending on how they are approached. She came charging at us, perception is everything, and barked orders for us to get rid of our water and not move chairs. We felt attacked after that. Tried to go there to have a good time, not get yelled at. We would've left, but more people were coming. As more people came to our gathering Tina came over again. Unfortunately new people didn't know the rules and she was on the attack right away before we had a chance to tell them. She yelled at a guests husband when he said he would put his water in his car. She proceeded to tell him he needs to leave. All he said is that he would return his water to his car. Why can't you keep water in your car? The day was spoiled and we left. Unfortunately, the 12 people in attendance won't be back. You have now lost 12 customers. Sad.

OMG! Talk about a girl's getaway ☺ufe0f. This winery was a first time experience but it was definitely a good one. The wine was different. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was just beautiful. Customer service was excellent, very friendly girl's! Definitely looking forward to going back, the wine slushies are AWESOME!!!

This “used” to be a very nice “gift” shop under the combined name of Gifts from the heart/The Christmas Loft! I don’t know what happened to the Christmas Loft side of the business but it clearly is no longer hence the name change. Well after traveling all the way from Fairfield County, it is far from a place to find gifts from the “heart.” Whether the same or new owners, the business is now clearly a winery and NOT a gift shop as titled. As soon as you walk in, there is a wine bar accessible from two rooms and 2 seating areas on both sides for the wines they sell NOT gifts. Outside they also have 2 patios and a bar once again dedicated to wine and NOT GIFTS! And upstairs they have a wine tasting room and old Christmas decorations from the previous Christmas Loft business marked down 75% off. If you are going to change the business into to a winery then your business title should indicate as such instead of keeping the name Gifts from the heart which this place clearly is not! One would think the owners would want to bring in future “wine drinking” customers instead of misleading people into thinking they are still a gift shop! I drove all the way down here from Fairfield Country for NOTHING because of their misleading outdated title! CHANGE THE NAME!!’
