I don't really do reviews but I had to do one for this shop.nnGreat experience, great staff, great customer service. I picked up golf during the pandemic (as many people have) and I got hooked. I was looking to get my own clubs and even though I'm a beginner, I decided to try the free club fitting. Brian was incredibly helpful (and patient!) even though I whiffed some horrible shots. He made me some great recommendations on shafts for the clubs I wanted and I was hitting much farther with them compared to the 10+ year old hand me downs I had.nnWhen I got my custom clubs, I found my grips were a bit large but, it was no problem! They were more than happy to replace them to smaller grips free of charge! It's rare to find a shop that takes care of their customers, even for a stranger/beginner golfer as myself. I plan to go to their shop for all my golf needs, even if it's 40 miles away!

Such an amazing experience! I went for a golf club fitting and it was so much better than I expected. It was comfortable and my fitter (i think Randy) was extremely knowledgeable. He brought me multiple options and I eventually left with an amazing set of hybrid irons that I cannot wait to use!

Great customer service but they just increased their prices substantially. I will pay an extra couple dollars for the top tracer technology but now they are $5 more per bucket then local driving ranges. Back to Highland I go...

Did a full bag tour fitting here. They have a brand new state of the art facility fit with track man and you’re hitting out into a driving range which I highly prefer over swinging into a projector screen. I think this is only for the tour fittings though. The free fittings are inside at the golf shop.nnKyle was awesome. I was shanking the ball terribly for a time and he was super patient, even gave me some swing feedback and grabbed an NPI instructor to help get my swing back on track. I required a second session to finish the iron fitting and Kyle waved the $100 fee. For my first time getting fitted I couldn’t ask for a better experience - it’s no wonder they’re rated the top fitters in CT through Golf Digest. I’m very excited to get my hands on those custom Cobra Forged Tec irons, thank you Kyle!
