My fiance and I went in yesterday just to look around. The manager greeted us as soon as we walked in. She made sure what we bought worked and that it was something we where looking for before we bought it. The customer service was the best I have had there is a variety of toys movies and lots of other things. Very clean place. I we will definitely go back i would recommend the store to our close friends .overall the best customer service experience ever. Keep up the good work.

They know their business and it shows very well with the quality of products that they sell. I was a customer at the Adult Boutique in Old Saybrook CT and I found it to be a very pleasurable experience. The lady helped me when I had questions and extremely friendly. I will most definitely be a returning customer.
My gf and I came here looked around and greeted by the manager and was knowledgeable about the toys and use the booth together was great. Will go back for more...
