Not only do they hold themselves to the highest standard of cleanliness during this pandemic they are professional, polite and their customer service is second to none. I am currently on vacation and I forgot to pack extra contact lenses. One of mine were damaged and I needed to find someone who can help me.nnI called all around the area and no one even stocked contacts that were my prescription let alone wanted to sell them to me unless I was a patient.....I was dumbfounded that these places were so hesitant even when I have my prescription with me from my home eye Dr.nnSonia was professional and polite and not only had my contacts in stock but gave me samples to finish out my vacation. I WILL be taking my daughter here to pick out her new frames even if we have to drive the 2.5 hours. They were so accommodating and Sonia really made it feel like home.nnThank you!!!

Shall try to make long short. I went to the Guiford location to get the frame of my glasses fix. No dice. The woman stated I have to go to where I brought my glasses and this lady was awful with her personalitynAs I driving home it hit me to go to Old SaybrooknResults, problem solved.nSonja was extremely pleasant and what a delightful smilenTwo day, I drove to Old Saybrook to pick up my glasses and woman named Kathy remembered from what 5 years ago give or take, she and I interacted like 2 old friendsnNo Guilford go to Old Saybrook
