As a person that has been in customer service for 30 plus years , a client of Verizon for 13 plus years and also someone who has visited this location prior. There has been great improvements. I was dreading going in when my phone was shot. To my surprise I was greeted promptly and so professionally by Nick.nHe was so awesome...that even though I didnt need a new phone and could of had mine replaced..I went back...knowing he was only there temporarily. To my delight...he was just as personable again. New phone purchased and even got to call back with a few questions.. He was always there to help!nIt is so nice to have a refreshing, honest person one on one to help you. I am sad they sent him back to Warwick.

Thanks TCC of Old Saybrook. Excellent experience :) excellent customer service, helpful, understanding patient and kind, I felt very welcome in the store, no overwhelming upselling. More importantly Ardiel and Staff, helped my Mom a lot with Her transition from old phones to smartphones, which unfortunately but true; is overwhelming to some older folks, so the patience understanding and good customer service is paramount in those situations, and most stores do not realize that, TCC does! Any questions were answered, and what really excellently distinguishes TCC as an exceptional store as mentioned was the good customer service :) I recomend TCC before any other phone store. Thats important to me and thank you. Thanks Ardiel and Staff, you were all nice and again that's the most important thing to me :) so thanks and have a great day! For the above positive reasons and many more I cant think of right now, I definitely recommend TCC thanks -DW

Our associate is Cheryl. She did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done. She was able to get me a new tablet and a new phone for my husband. She is very knowledgeable with the products and has a great ability to explain it to us. Cheryl is a definite asset to your company.

I recently went in to this store and I cannot day enough good things about my experience. I was helped by Christopher, who made the entire process beyond easy and was open to discussing many different options to see what would work best for me. I was in and out of the store in less than thirty minutes, which is way faster than any other place I have been to. Overall, I’m very happy with the excellent service I have received and would recommend this store to anyone!

Sarah was awesome! She helped me switch email addresses not only on my phone but on my MacBook Air ( thank goodness she knew Macs!) as well. We ( really she!) ( I did nothing- just watched!) got both accounts synced & a signature sent out. I’m very satisfied. She did a great job! Lynne
